At Sublime Escape, every appointment is reserved just for you, and last-minute cancellations impact both our team and other guests who are waiting for availability. We kindly ask that you honor your appointment commitment or provide advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your spot.

To respect the time of our specialists and other guests, we kindly ask that you honor your appointment commitment or provide advance notice if changes are necessary.

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

24-Hour Notice or Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, or on the same day, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Frequent Cancellations or Reschedules: Guests with a pattern of frequent last-minute cancellations or changes will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the treatment price for future bookings.
